VK Furniture & Electronics Return & Exchange Policy
At VK Furniture & Electronics, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. We understand that sometimes a product may not be exactly what you expected. Therefore, we offer a comprehensive Return and Exchange Policy.
1. Returns and Exchanges Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products.
- Defective/Damaged Products: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free pickup and replacement or full refund.
- Non-Defective Products (Change of Mind): Must be returned within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. A nominal restocking or return shipping fee may apply.
2. Process for Returns & Exchanges
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at support@vkfurnitureandelectronics.com or call us directly.
- Provide your order number, reason for return, and photographs of the product (especially if damaged).
- Once approved, our delivery team will schedule a pickup or provide instructions for returning the item to our Mangalore showroom.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected at our warehouse. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
4. Exceptions
Custom-made or personalized furniture, assembled products, and clearance sale items are strictly non-returnable unless they arrived damaged or defective.
